Creatine: the supplement with an authorised claim for high-intensity efforts. You will find creatine monohydrate as a powder, in capsules and as tablets, including Creapure®. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Caffeine and pre-workouts. Many pre-workouts contain caffeine. Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and endurance capacity, and to a reduction in the rated perceived exertion during exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a dose of 3 mg per kg of body weight one hour before exercise. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Check the caffeine per serving and do not combine with other sources of caffeine.

Amino acids: citrulline, beta-alanine and arginine. These amino acids are part of many training routines, but they have no authorised health claims in the EU. We only state the amount per serving. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling of the skin.

Protein to go with your training. A whey protein helps you reach your daily protein intake. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass.
