                                      Weight Management: Glucomannan, Chromium, Diet Protein and Fibre

                                      Realistic expectations: no supplement replaces a balanced, calorie-controlled diet and regular physical activity. In this collection we only state the claims authorised in the European Union and the conditions under which they apply.

                                      Glucomannan: in the context of an energy-restricted diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1–2 glasses of water, before meals. Always take it with plenty of fluid: there is a risk of choking for people with swallowing difficulties or when taken with inadequate fluid. BioTechUSA Glucomannan + Chromium provides 3 g a day at the recommended dose.
