OstroVit Appetite Control is a food supplement in vegetable capsules. Each 2-capsule serving provides 600 mg of Malabar tamarind extract (Garcinia cambogia, standardised to 60% hydroxycitric acid — 360 mg HCA), 400 mg of white bean extract, 400 mg of apple cider vinegar (11% acetic acid), 200 µg of chromium and 15 µg of vitamin B12.

Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
