




Applied Nutrition ABE (All Black Everything) is a pre-workout powder to mix with water. Each 12.5 g serving provides 200 mg of caffeine, 4 g of citrulline malate (2:1), 3 g of creatine monohydrate, 2 g of beta-alanine, 400 mg of taurine and 250 mg of choline bitartrate (VitaCholine™), with niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12.
Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and to improved concentration.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Each serving provides 50 mg of niacin (313% NRV) and 100 mcg of vitamin B12 (4000% NRV). Niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal red blood cell formation.
Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling on the skin. Sugar-free, sweetened with sucralose.
