                          Mental Wellbeing and Psychological Function: Magnesium, Folate, Omega-3 (DHA) and B Vitamins

                          Nutrients with authorised claims: magnesium, folate, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, thiamine, niacin, biotin and vitamin C contribute to normal psychological function. Zinc, iron and iodine contribute to normal cognitive function. These claims apply only to products that provide at least 15% of the nutrient reference value (NRV) per daily dose — always check each product's table.

                          Magnesium: besides psychological function, magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. You will find glycinate, bisglycinate powder and L-threonate (Magtein®) — compare them in Magnesium.

                          Methylfolate: folate contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Methyl Folate 1000 mcg is at the tolerable upper intake level for folic acid (1000 µg/day); do not combine it with other folate products without advice. See more in B complex.

                          Omega-3 (DHA): DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA — check the amount in the daily dose of each fish oil in Omegas & Fats.

                          Botanicals and other ingredients: KSM-66® ashwagandha, Relora®, glycine and sunflower lecithin have no authorised health claims in the European Union, so we describe them only by origin, form and amount per serving.
