Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega is a concentrated, purified deep-sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, in a gelatine softgel with natural lemon oil. Each 2-softgel serving provides 1280 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 650 mg EPA and 450 mg DHA, in triglyceride form.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

Compared with the same brand's Omega-3 690mg (330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA per serving), it provides about twice the EPA and DHA for the same number of softgels.

The oil is stabilised with D-alpha-tocopherol and rosemary extract. Each pack contains 60 softgels (30 servings).
