Osavi Magnesium L-Threonate uses Magtein®, a patented form of magnesium L-threonate (the magnesium salt of L-threonic acid). Each daily serving of 3 capsules provides 2000 mg of Magtein®, of which 144 mg is magnesium — 38% NRV.
