Caffeine. You will find caffeine capsules (OstroVit and Nutrex, 200 mg), pre-workouts such as C4, ABE, Platinum or Madness, energy drinks such as NOCCO and C4 Energy Drink, and shots such as Body Fuel Energy Shot. With at least 75 mg per serving, caffeine contributes to increased alertness and to improved concentration. Contains caffeine: not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine and avoid taking it within 6 hours of bedtime. Drinks above 150 mg/L: high caffeine content. See our pre-workouts.
B vitamins and magnesium. Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, folate and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function, and vitamin B12 and magnesium also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (with at least 15% of the NRV per serving). Here you have B complex with choline and inositol, activated B complex, methylfolate with methyl-B12 and magnesium L-threonate (Magtein). More options in B complex.
DHA. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Nordic Naturals Algae DHA 500 mg is a plant-based (algal) source of DHA. See also omegas & fats.
Plant extracts and amino acids. Ginkgo biloba, bacopa monnieri, lion's mane, L-theanine and formulas such as Brain Elevate are described factually: what they are, the dose per capsule and the form, without claims about memory or brain function.
