Swanson Bacopa monnieri is a food supplement with 250 mg of Bacopa monnieri whole-herb extract (BaCognize®) per capsule, standardised to 12% bacopa glycosides (bacosides), which is about 30 mg per capsule.

Bacopa monnieri, known in India as brahmi, is a small creeping plant of wetlands with a long tradition of use in Ayurvedic herbalism. The standardised extract gives a consistent bacoside content from capsule to capsule.

Important: bacopa may interact with some medicines, including sedatives and thyroid medication. If you take any medication, talk to your doctor before use.
