Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between zinc gluconate and zinc picolinate?

They are two organic forms of zinc: gluconate is bound to gluconic acid and picolinate to picolinic acid. Both are widely used in supplements and are generally well tolerated.

1 tablet per day with a meal. Avoid taking it at the same time as iron or calcium supplements.

The ingredients are not of animal origin (the stearates are plant-derived) and the product is Halal and Kosher. Check the label on the pack.
