


Osavi Vitamin D3 provides, per softgel, 2000 IU (50 mcg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 1000% NRV, dissolved in coconut MCT oil. The vitamin D3 used is Quali®-D, obtained from lanolin.
Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system, and has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin D is produced in the skin through exposure to sunlight; in the winter months or with little time outdoors, diet and supplements become the main sources. Free from sugar, gluten, lactose and soy. Bovine gelatin softgel. 120 softgels (4 months).
Take 1 softgel per day, preferably with a meal.

Osavi recommends 1 softgel per day, preferably with a meal containing some fat.
This formula contains vitamin D3 only. The D3 + K2 version adds vitamin K2, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. If you take anticoagulants, consult your doctor before taking vitamin K.
