Magnesium Malate 1000mg – Swanson – 60 Tablets

Swanson Magnesium Malate is a food supplement in vegan tablets with 1000 mg of magnesium malate per tablet, providing 150 mg of magnesium (40% NRV). Magnesium malate is the magnesium salt of malic acid.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function, to normal protein synthesis, to normal psychological function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and has a role in the process of cell division.

Swanson recommends 1 tablet twice a day, which provides 300 mg of magnesium per day (80% NRV). This is above the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for supplemental magnesium (250 mg/day).
