Silica Complex with Horsetail Extract – NOW Foods – 180 Tablets

NOW Foods Silica Complex combines, in each tablet, 575 mg of horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense, stem), providing 40 mg of silica, with zinc, manganese, calcium and boron.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin, to the maintenance of normal bones and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Each tablet provides 5 mg of zinc (50% NRV), 2 mg of manganese (100% NRV), 50 mg of calcium (6% NRV) and 1 mg of boron.

Vegan, Kosher, non-GMO. Tablets with a vegetarian coating. Free from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and sesame. Made in GMP facilities in the USA. 180 tablets.
