Swanson Resveratrol Complex combines, in each capsule, 100 mg of red wine extract (min. 24% total polyphenols), 50 mg of grape seed extract (90% polyphenols) and 30 mg of resveratrol — 180 mg of active ingredients in total.

Resveratrol is a polyphenol (stilbene) found naturally in grape skins, red wine, peanuts and some berries. In this product it is obtained from Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese knotweed) root extract.

The red wine and grape seed extracts are obtained from the grapevine (Vitis vinifera) and provide polyphenols, such as the proanthocyanidins found in grape seeds.

Take 1 capsule per day with water. 60 capsules — 60 servings.
