Applied Nutrition Pump 3G Zero Stim is the caffeine-free, stimulant-free version of the Pump 3G pre-workout ("Pump 3G" is the product's brand name). Each 15 g serving (2 scoops) provides 5 g of citrulline malate (2:1), 3 g of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), 3 g of creatine monohydrate, 2 g of beta-alanine, 500 mg of taurine, 250 mg of L-tyrosine and 5 mg of black pepper extract (BioPerine®), with niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Each serving provides 60 mg of niacin (375% NRV) and 50 mcg of vitamin B12 (2000% NRV). Niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal red blood cell formation.

It contains no caffeine, making it an option for those who avoid caffeine or already get it from other sources. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling on the skin. Informed-Sport tested and Halal certified. 375 g tub (25 servings), in Fruit Burst and Icy Blue Raz flavours.
