Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal DNA synthesis, has a role in the process of cell division, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin and bones.

Caution: 50 mg of zinc per day is above the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for adults (25 mg). The manufacturer states that this product is not intended for long-term use. High doses of zinc may interfere with copper absorption.
