The 226ERS High Energy Gel XS is an energy gel in a compact 45 g format for endurance sports. Each gel provides 119 kcal and 29.6 g of carbohydrate from glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sucrose and highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), with 0 g of fat and protein.

This pack contains 8 gels of the flavour you choose: Lemon, Salted Strawberry (with more salt: 0.37 g per gel) or Cherry with 95 mg of caffeine per gel. In the caffeinated version, caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness and to improved concentration.

The manufacturer recommends up to 3 gels per 60 minutes of exercise, with around 300 ml of water. The Lemon and Salted Strawberry flavours are caffeine-free.
