Vitamin D3 4000 IU – OstroVit – 120 Softgels

OstroVit Vitamin D3 4000 IU provides, in each softgel, 100 mcg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (2,000% NRV), dissolved in sunflower oil.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to normal blood calcium levels, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin D is made in the skin through sun exposure; in the winter months and in people who spend little time outdoors, its production is lower.

Note on the dose: 100 mcg (4000 IU) of vitamin D per day corresponds to the tolerable upper intake level (UL) set by EFSA for adults. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin D, and preferably use with the advice of a health professional.

Contains gelatine (not suitable for vegetarians). 1 softgel per day; 120 softgels per pack.
