

OstroVit Omega 3 + D3 + K2 combines, in a single capsule, 1000 mg of fish oil with 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA, 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3, 50 µg of vitamin K2 MK-7 and 12 mg of vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
