Osavi ADEK Vitamins bring together, in one daily softgel, the four fat-soluble vitamins dissolved in MCT oil: vitamin A 800 mcg as beta-carotene (100% NRV), vitamin D3 25 mcg / 1000 IU as cholecalciferol (500% NRV), vitamin E 12 mg as D-alpha-tocopherol (100% NRV) and vitamin K2 75 mcg as menaquinone-7 (100% NRV).

• Bones – vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones; vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
• Immune system – vitamin A and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
• Vision and skin – vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin.
• Cell protection – vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Clotting – vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.

Vitamin A is provided as beta-carotene (provitamin A), not as preformed retinol.
