OstroVit Omega 3 Ultra is a triglyceride-form (TG) fish oil in a gelatine capsule. Each capsule provides 1000 mg of fish oil with 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA (550 mg EPA + DHA).

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
