Osavi Super Strong Omega 3 provides, in a single softgel, 1000 mg of concentrated fish oil with 500 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 250 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — 800 mg of omega-3 fatty acids in total.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).

The oil comes from pelagic fish (mainly anchovy), in triglyceride form (TG 50/25), and is obtained by molecular distillation. Bovine gelatin softgel, with mixed tocopherols as antioxidant. 60 softgels (60 servings).
