Frequently Asked Questions

What is methylcobalamin and how does it differ from cyanocobalamin?

They are two forms of vitamin B12. Methylcobalamin is one of the coenzyme forms in which vitamin B12 exists in the body; cyanocobalamin is the form most used in supplements and fortified foods. Both provide vitamin B12.
