What is melatonin for?

Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg close to bedtime. Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.

Each tablet contains 1 mg of melatonin, 100 mg of niacin (625% NRV), 5 mg of vitamin B6 (357% NRV) and 40 mg of magnesium (11% NRV).

Take 1 tablet about 1 hour before bedtime, with juice or water.
