What does Life Extension Complete B-Complex contain?

Per serving (2 capsules): thiamin 100 mg, riboflavin 75 mg, niacin 100 mg, vitamin B6 100 mg, folate 400 µg (680 µg DFE), vitamin B12 300 µg, biotin 1000 µg, pantothenic acid 500 mg, calcium 50 mg, inositol 100 mg and PABA 50 mg.

Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The manufacturer recommends 2 capsules per day with food. As this serving provides 100 mg of vitamin B6 (above EFSA's 12 mg/day limit), talk to a healthcare professional before use, especially long term.

Yes. Part of the niacin is in the form of nicotinic acid, which may cause temporary flushing, itching or gastric discomfort. Taking it with food may reduce this effect.
