Applied Nutrition L-Glutamine Powder is a food supplement made of 100% micronised L-glutamine, unflavoured and with no other ingredients. Each 5 g serving provides 5 g of L-glutamine.

Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in skeletal muscle and is considered a conditionally essential amino acid: the body produces glutamine, but also obtains it from food (for example meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and pulses).

Being micronised, it has fine particles that dissolve easily in water or juice. Unflavoured, it can be mixed into your protein, creatine or EAA shake.

Every batch is tested for banned substances under the Informed-Sport programme, in an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, and the product is Halal certified.
