



OstroVit KSM-66 Ashwagandha provides, in each vegetable capsule, 200 mg of KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), standardised to 5% withanolides (10 mg per capsule), and 2.1 mg of black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) with 95% piperine (2 mg).
Ashwagandha is a plant of the nightshade family, native to India, whose root has been used for centuries in the Ayurvedic tradition. KSM-66® is a branded ashwagandha root extract from Ixoreal, obtained from the root only; withanolides are the characteristic natural compounds of the root, and standardisation ensures a consistent amount per capsule. Piperine is the characteristic compound of black pepper.
Simple formula: ashwagandha root extract, inulin, a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule and black pepper extract. Vegan. 1 capsule per day, with a meal — 120 capsules, for 4 months.
Take 1 capsule per day, during a meal, with plenty of water.
