

Himalaya Liv.52 is a food supplement in tablet form that combines eight ingredients in an Ayurveda-inspired formula marketed by Himalaya since 1955. Each tablet contains 65 mg of Himsra (caper, Capparis spinosa) and 65 mg of Kasani (chicory, Cichorium intybus), together with five other plant ingredients and Mandur Bhasma, a traditional iron oxide preparation.
The other plant ingredients are Kakamachi (Solanum nigrum, 32 mg), Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna, 32 mg), Kasamarda (Cassia occidentalis, 16 mg), Biranjasipha (yarrow, Achillea millefolium, 16 mg) and Jhavuka (Tamarix gallica, 16 mg).
Contains iron: each tablet provides 11.55 mg of iron (83% of the NRV) from Mandur Bhasma. At the manufacturer's maximum dose (4 tablets per day) iron intake is 46.2 mg. Do not combine with other iron-containing supplements and consult your doctor before use.
