This pack contains 6 x 76 g 226ERS High Energy Gels in the flavour of your choice. Each gel provides 50 g of carbohydrate and 200 kcal, from maltodextrin, highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), glucose syrup and sucrose.

Available flavours: Strawberry (salted version, with 250 mg of sodium per gel), Lemon and Cherry (with 160 mg of caffeine per gel). In the Cherry version, caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness and to improved concentration; keep track of your total caffeine intake.

It is made with natural flavourings and is vegan and gluten-free, according to the manufacturer. The manufacturer recommends up to 2 gels per 60 minutes of exercise, with about 300 ml of water.
