




Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Isolate is a protein powder based on whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey isolate. Each 30 g serving provides 25 g of protein (83 g per 100 g), with 5.5 g of naturally occurring BCAAs.
Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass, to the maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Whey isolate undergoes more extensive filtration than concentrate, resulting in a product that is low in sugar and fat: 0.3 g of sugars and 0.4 g of fat per serving (Chocolate flavour).
Available in Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry flavours.
Mix 30 g (about 1 rounded scoop) with 200 ml of cold water and stir, shake or blend until dissolved.
Take after training or at any time of day. You can also add it to smoothies, porridge or other recipes.

Isolate uses whey isolate only (including hydrolysed isolate), with no concentrate. It provides 25 g of protein per 30 g serving, with less sugar and fat than 100% Whey, which provides 24 g of protein per 31 g serving.
The label does not declare it lactose-free. Isolate contains less lactose than concentrate, but the product contains milk. It also contains soy and may contain traces of gluten, egg, nuts and peanuts.
