NOW Foods Glutathione 500mg provides, per vegetable capsule, 500 mg of glutathione in its reduced form (GSH), 100 mg of milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, standardised to 80 mg of silymarin flavonoids) and 50 mg of alpha lipoic acid.

Glutathione is a tripeptide made up of three amino acids: glutamate, cysteine and glycine. It occurs naturally in the body's cells and is also found in foods such as fruit, vegetables and meat.

Milk thistle is a plant whose fruits (seeds) contain silymarin, a group of flavonoids. Alpha lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing compound produced naturally by the body.

Vegan, Kosher, Halal, non-GMO. Free from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and sesame. Made in GMP facilities in the USA. 60 capsules.
