Applied Nutrition Body Fuel Energy Shot is a ready-to-drink 60 ml liquid shot providing 200 mg of caffeine, 200 mg of taurine and choline bitartrate (VitaCholine™), with niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B12. It is sweetened with sucralose.

Caffeine contributes to an increase in alertness and to improved concentration. Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and endurance capacity and to a reduction in the rated perceived exertion during exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with 3 mg of caffeine per kg of body weight one hour before exercise; one shot provides 200 mg, which corresponds to 3 mg/kg for a person weighing about 67 kg. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
