Applied Nutrition Endurance Sprint is an energy gel for endurance sports, described by the manufacturer as an isotonic gel. Each 60 g sachet provides 23 g of carbohydrate (maltodextrin), 75 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of magnesium and B-complex vitamins, with 0 g of sugars.

Its gel texture does not need water to be consumed and it is sweetened with sucralose. Every batch is tested for banned substances under the Informed Sport programme.
Available in several flavours, as a single gel or a box of 20 x 60 g gels.
During prolonged exercise, take 1 gel at planned points of the effort. Before short, intense exercise, take 1 gel around 15 minutes beforehand.
It does not need to be taken with water, but stay hydrated during exercise. Do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources.
