Swanson Triple Magnesium Complex is a food supplement that combines three sources of magnesium — magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate — in a vegan hypromellose capsule. Each capsule provides 400 mg of magnesium, which is 107% of the nutrient reference value (NRV).
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function, to normal protein synthesis, to normal psychological function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and has a role in the process of cell division.
The serving is 1 capsule per day, with food. Please note that 400 mg of magnesium per day is above the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for supplemental magnesium (250 mg/day).
100 capsules per pack (100 servings).
Take 1 capsule per day with food and a glass of water.
Directions as indicated by the manufacturer Swanson.
