Iron Complex – NOW Foods – 100 Tablets

NOW Foods Iron Complex provides, in each tablet, 27 mg of iron (193% NRV) as ferrous bisglycinate (Ferrochel™) — iron bound to the amino acid glycine — combined with vitamin C (50 mg), folic acid (200 mcg) and vitamin B12 (50 mcg). It also contains 100 mg of organic dong quai (root) and 100 mg of red raspberry leaf.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal cognitive function.

Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Folate contributes to normal blood formation and vitamin B12 to normal red blood cell formation.

Vegan, Kosher, Halal, non-GMO. Free from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts and sesame. Made in GMP facilities in the USA. 100 tablets (100 servings).
