Frequently Asked Questions

What is beta-alanine?

It is a non-essential amino acid which, together with histidine, forms carnosine, a dipeptide found in muscle. Each Carno Rush tablet provides 800 mg of beta-alanine.

Per 4 tablets: 3200 mg of beta-alanine, 600 mg of sodium citrate, 200 mg of L-histidine hydrochloride and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (100% NRV). Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, to normal cysteine synthesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Olimp recommends 3 to 4 tablets per day, with a meal or before training, with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
