Dedicated Nutrition Beta-Alanine is a powdered food supplement with a single ingredient: 100% beta-alanine, unflavoured, with no sweeteners and no colours. Each 3 g serving provides 3000 mg of beta-alanine.

Beta-alanine is a non-protein amino acid found naturally in foods such as meat and fish. As it has no flavour, you can mix it with water, your favourite drink or your pre-workout.

Beta-alanine may cause a temporary, harmless tingling sensation on the skin (paraesthesia); if it bothers you, you can split the dose over the day.
