How much protein is in a serving of Beef Protein?

Each 30 g serving provides 26 g of protein (87 g per 100 g), with 119 kcal, 0.6 g of fat and less than 0.5 g of sugars.

According to the manufacturer, it is lactose-free and gluten-free, because the protein comes from beef rather than milk. It is made in a plant that also processes milk, so traces may be present. It contains soy (lecithin).
