Applied Nutrition Digestive Enzymes is a food supplement in vegetable capsules that combines 10 enzymes in a single capsule: alpha-amylase, glucoamylase, two proteases, lipase, lactase, cellulase and alpha-galactosidase of microbial origin, plus bromelain (from pineapple stem) and papain (from papaya latex).

The activity of each enzyme is expressed in standardised units (DU, HUT, SAPU, FIP, AGU, PU, ALU, CU, GalU), as stated on the label.

Applied Nutrition recommends 1 to 2 capsules per day, with water, with main meals.
