226ERS Sub9 Pro Salts Electrolytes are a food supplement in capsules with mineral salts (electrolytes), vitamins and caffeine, designed for endurance athletes who lose salts through sweat during long training sessions and races. They are a variation of Sub9 Salts Electrolytes in which the ginger has been replaced with 40 mg of caffeine per capsule.

Each capsule provides 250 mg of sodium, 54 mg of potassium, 19.7 mg of magnesium and 2.5 mg of calcium, plus vitamin D (2.5 µg, 50% NRV) and vitamin B6 (0.5 mg, 36% NRV). Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The maximum daily dose is 5 capsules, equivalent to 200 mg of caffeine. Take each capsule with at least one glass of water (150 ml).
