


226ERS Isotonic Drink is a powder for making a sports drink, which the manufacturer calls isotonic, designed for medium- to high-intensity efforts lasting up to around 90 minutes. Each 20 g serving (1.5 scoops) in 500 ml of water provides 70 kcal and 17 g of carbohydrate from potato starch (amylopectin), with 0 g of sugars.
Each serving also contains 98 mg of sodium (0.25 g of salt), 113 mg of potassium, 149 mg of chloride, 33.7 mg of magnesium and 5.4 mg of zinc (54% NRV), plus vitamin C (179 mg, 224% NRV), vitamin E (81% NRV), thiamin (191% NRV) and 10 mg of beta-alanine.
Vitamin C and thiamin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamins C and E and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Sweetened with sucralose, gluten-free and suitable for vegans. 1 kg pack (50 servings of 20 g), in Red Fruits and Lemon flavours.
Dissolve 1.5 scoops (20 g) in 500 ml of water and shake well.
Drink regularly in small amounts of 150 ml every 15–20 minutes, around 500 ml per hour, before, during and after exercise. In intense heat or with heavy sweating, dissolve the 20 g in 1 litre of water.
