


226ERS Energy Drink is a powdered food supplement for making a carbohydrate drink for endurance sports. Each 50 g serving (4 scoops) provides 180 kcal and 44 g of carbohydrate from potato starch (amylopectin), with 0 g of sugars and fat.
The formula includes 12 vitamins (A, D, E, C, B1, B2, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, folic acid, B12 and biotin), each at around 36% NRV per serving, plus 250 mg of L-carnitine L-tartrate, 250 mg of taurine and small amounts of potassium, sodium, chloride, magnesium and zinc.
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin and vitamin C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Caffeine-free. Sweetened with sucralose, gluten-free and suitable for vegans. 1 kg pack (20 servings of 50 g), in Lemon and Red Fruits flavours.
Dissolve 4 scoops (50 g) in 500 ml of water and shake well.
Drink regularly in small amounts of 150–200 ml every 15–20 minutes, before and during exercise. Do not exceed 50 g per day.
